#20 Yikes, December! Time to Invest in Getting to Know Your Customer

Oh Deer, I can’t believe it’s December. It was summer like 5 seconds ago…

In the next coming weeks we expect a Christmas rush at The Tutu Shop. So next to keeping a vigilant watch on my dashboard, it’s customers, customers, customers.  Without them a company doesn’t really have a right of existence, right?

And now, more than ever, we need to focus on how our clients get in touch with our brand. But how do you know how your client uses your website?

Well, we use Hotjar, it’s a great tool. It combines heat maps & reporting with actual feedback from our clients as they use our website.

Talking about tone of voice. How do you talk to your customers? Is it polite, formal, witty, creative?
